This database has all the 16S rDNA sequences of bacteria that sampled from coral reefs at various locations by different lab members since 90s.

It also contains data from coral-related archaea.

You could query and retrieve the data from the database that might be interesting to you. However since this part of the project is mainly designed for lab people in Rohwer's lab, you are not allowed to submit the data into the database.
